Important: The use of “GmbH” with Northbridge Automotive describes the intended legal form. As long as there is no commercial-register extract, there is no valid Handelsregistereintrag yet. Where a registered provider is strictly required, responsibility for this website during the preparation period lies with the named person as the operational contact, acting towards incorporation of the planned company.

Ownership / economic interest

Not the managing person personally in the long term; the aim is a parent holding as economic owner. Name, seat, and (if applicable) register data for the holding: to follow when the shareholder structure is final.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer-ADR body and do not currently do so.
